PAS (Problem – Agitation – Solution)
Here's an example:
- Problem:
"Are you breaking your head trying to get clients online and nobody sees you?" - Agitation:
"You post and post, and visits don't go above 100. Frustrating, right?" - Solution:
"With a 20-second video and a clear offer you can attract clients in 48 hours. Let me tell you how."
Finish with a call to action: "Go in and try it today" or "Send me the word 'video' and I'll send you the plan".
AIDA (Attention – Interest – Desire – Action)
- Attention:
Hook in 3 seconds with a strong promise or question. - Interest:
Tell a mini-case or show a before/after. - Desire:
Clear benefits (time saved, more sales, less stress). - Action:
What they need to do right now (click, message, sign up).
Quick example (local service):
"Your website not bringing you clients? Look at this. We turned an old page into one that sells with 3 changes: online booking, direct WhatsApp and 1 video of 15s. If you want the same, we'll set it up this week. Send us 'READY'."

Ad formats by channel (just enough to get it right)
- Instagram and Facebook (Feed/Reels): Vertical 9:16. Ideal duration 15–30 s. Large subtitles and visible logo. Reference: Meta video ads guide.
- TikTok: Vertical 9:16. 6–20 s performs very well. Clear hooks and fast pace.
- YouTube Shorts: Vertical 9:16. Up to 60 s. Ideal 15–30 s. For in-feed ads, keep the proposition in the first 5 s. Reference: YouTube video formats and requirements.
If in doubt: shoot in vertical 9:16 and you'll have multi-platform content without headaches.
Video KPIs that actually matter

- 3-second views and retention: if you lose people before 3 s, the hook isn't working. Change the first sentence/scene.
- Retention at 25/50/100%: tells you where people lose interest. Cut the filler and get to the point.
- CTR (clicks over impressions): measures whether your message drives action. Increase clarity and urgency.
- Cost per result (lead/sale): this is where the winner is decided. Double down on what lowers cost most.
- Comments/saves: a signal that the content adds value. Use it for ideas for new ads.
Golden rule: improve the hook and message clarity first; everything else second.

- E-commerce: 15 s "unboxing" video + main benefit in text + quick social proof (number of customers or review).
- Local services: 10 s before/after (e.g.: renovation, beauty, cleaning) + CTA to WhatsApp.
- Online training: 3 common mistakes + invitation to a 20-min free class.
- Real estate: 20 s walkthrough of the property + 3 key facts (price, area, sq m) + "view" button.
- Restaurant: 8 s of the star dish + daily special + location with map.
Checklist for your first AI video campaign
- Define a single desired action (click, booking, message).
- Write a PAS or AIDA script of maximum 5 sentences.
- Film in vertical with good light and clear audio.
- Add automatic subtitles and large text.
- Include logo and CTA at the end (and at the start if you can).
- Export 3 variations with different hooks.
- Adapt the format for each channel (duration and aspect ratio).
